If your dog tends to bark, chew, dig, or engage in destructive behavior at home, they might need more stimulation. Our daycare offers plenty of exercise and mental engagement, helping to curb those troublesome behaviors.

Regular Daycare Drop-Off Schedule
Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Pets can be dropped off at any time within these hours, but all pets must be picked up before closing time. Pets staying overnight may schedule group play sessions once approved. Approval Process:
To participate in our Daycare or Group Play programs, all dogs (excluding Playschool) must be spayed or neutered. Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, using effective flea and tick prevention, and must not display aggressive behavior or other significant behavioral concerns. Once we receive your completed application and vaccination records, a team member will contact you to schedule the Social Evaluation. During this evaluation, we assess your dog’s social skills through gradual introductions to other dogs in the program.

Reservations are required for all pets to participate in daycare. Pets may be enrolled in our Daycare program through the following options:

(A) Standing Reservation:
Pets with Standing Reservations are scheduled to attend daycare on the same day(s) each week. To request a Standing Reservation, a Daycare Punchcard must be purchased, and it will be marked each time your pet attends.

(B) Daily Call-In:
If a pet with a Standing Reservation cannot attend on their usual day, an open spot may be available. Pet owners can call between 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday, to inquire about availability. If a spot is open, we will contact you by 7:30 AM.

(C) While Boarding:
Pets approved for daycare can also reserve daycare sessions when staying overnight with us.

(D) Walk-ins:
Walk-ins are accepted on Saturdays and Sundays at our Houston location. For other days, reservations are required.

Playtime and Clean-Up at Daycare
One of the great benefits of our daycare program is the chance for dogs to enjoy playtime in our spacious yards and pools. As a result, some dogs may get a little muddy while having fun in the grass and splash pools. Our daycare team will do their best to clean up your dog before heading home, but if you’d like, you can schedule a Bath with our Salon and Spa. Baths are typically arranged in the afternoon, ensuring that your dog has plenty of time to enjoy outdoor play before getting cleaned up.
